Our little boy is growing up too fast....

Steve and I had our 10 year wedding anniversary on May 28th so Aunt Dorothy, Uncle Russ, Jake and Cade came over to babysit Brecken while Steve and I went to dinner. Brecken had a great time with them.
This is Steve and I heading out to dinner. As much as we miss Brecken while we are gone, it was nice to have an adult dinner!! Thanks Haffners for watching Brecken.
Brecken is trying so hard to crawl. He gets up on his hands and knees and then ends up going backwards instead of forward. He is putting in 100% effort and it is adorable to watch. He will be moving and shaking any day now...time for us to make sure the house is fully baby proofed!!! Each day he seems to get closer and closer to actually getting his crawl on. Brecken's two front bottom teeth have also decided to make an appearance. He has been a true champ through the teething process so far. We haven't had to do Orajel, Baby Tylenol or teething tablets and he has continued to sleep through the night and barely be fussy all day. He does seem to be a bit more tired since his teeth started poking through but that is okay. He is such a good and laid back kid.
Brecken has also become fascinated with Jager. Jager hates having his paws touched and Brecken is vigilant in going after those paws. Jager has been super patient and lets Brecken grab at him all of the time. Once Brecken is mobile, I think Jager will be worn out running away from him all of the time. It will be so fun to watch.
In the blue corner, we have Brecken going to his last swim lesson. He did such a great job during his swim lessons. He let us dunk him and he would sit on the wall and fall forward into our arms. He's quite the little guppy!!!
